Open Data Bizkaia is committed to the openness of data based on open standards, which are those that fulfil the following criteria:
- they are public, and their use does not involve any difficulty in access.
- their use and application are not subject to the payment of any intellectual or industrial property rights.
The following are the formats most commonly used:
